Awesome game very addicting but one problem

I can not seem to figure out how to get to Mars. My friend has been talking about Mars and how it is so much fun but I cannot seem to be able to figure out how to get there. The rest of this app is awesome but could use less adds and more instructions on how to get to Mars!! All I see is a little alien on the left of my screen but I cannot click it. It has a little baby cow picture in a text box like it is talking. Pls add more instructions.
